Duane F. Denault, age 84, of Bradley, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023, at his home.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m.-10:45 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Clancy-Gernon-Hertz Funeral Home in Kankakee. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Bourbonnais.

Duane was born October 4, 1939 in Bonfield, the son of Noel & Elsie Wischski Denault. Duane married Susan Eierdam on June 28, 2003 in Bradley. 

Duane was a farmer and worked at the Kankakee County Housing Authority. He enjoyed live music and dancing. Duane loved harvest season and attending draft horse shows. He was an antique collector. Duane was a very hard worker. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley.

Surviving are his wife, Susan Denault of Bradley; six sons, Greg (Tami) Denault of Houston, TX, Doug (Donna) Denault of Herscher, Jeff (Samantha) Denault of St. Anne, Lance Denault of Maryville, TN, Marc Denault of Manteno, and Joseph Havelka of Manteno; three daughters, Julie (Keith) Mulholland of Manteno, Carolyn (Tom) Jones of Gulf Breeze, FL, and Marjorie (Matthew) Craine of Bourbonnais; four sisters, Verna Despain of Clifton, Joyce (Bob) Helmig of Watseka, Nancy (Gary) Harms of Manteno, and Madonna Anstrom of Bethany; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a large extended family. Duane is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Adrian; two sisters, Bonnie and Muriel; and one grandchild, Cory.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Uplifted Care.
