Wanda Lee (Bergan) Jones of Bradley passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026. 

She was born August 20, 1940 in Chatsworth, the daughter of John Edward Bergan & Lillian Pauline (Richards) Brown. Wanda married Brenton “Butch” Jones on February 15, 1958 in Joliet.

Wanda was the manager/buyer for Donna’s in Bradley for 25 years. She loved shopping, was always well dressed, and had an eye for quality clothing. Wanda adored all pets. She always saw the best in everyone. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Wanda was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley for many years.

Surviving are her husband of 68 years, Brenton “Butch” Jones of Bradley; two children, John (Janet) Jones of Kankakee and Brenda (Greg) Hedditch of LA; and four grandchildren, Mitchell (Lianne) Hedditch of CA, Ashley (Dustin) Falkenberg of WI, Mallory (RJ) Meaux of LA, and Katelyn Jones of WI. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Richard Bergan.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the 11 a.m. funeral service on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. Interment will follow at Kankakee Memorial Gardens in Aroma Township.
