Charon Kinkade, age 80, of Bourbonnais, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017, at Presence Our Lady of Victory in Bourbonnais.

Visitation will be held 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. Visitation will also be held from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral Mass on Friday, December 15, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum in Bourbonnais.

Charon was born March 1, 1937 in Kankakee, the daughter of Herbert & Leatha Bell Worthing Denoyer.
She married Paul Kinkade on October 3, 1992. He preceded her in death on September 3, 2004.

Charon retired from the Kankakee County Building and Zone Department. She was a former Miss Kankakee and Miss Fishing Derby. She was a member of the Residents Council at Our Lady of Victory. Charon enjoyed cooking, sewing, and crafting. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley.

Surviving are two sons and two daughters-in-law, Douglas & Susan Beaupre of Omro, WI and David O. & Diane Beaupre of St. Anne; two daughters and one son-in-law, Kim Beaupre of Centennial, CO and Karla & Darrell Arseneau of Kankakee; three step-sons, Mike (Bobbi) Kinkade of Kankakee, Steve (Tracy) Kinkade of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Jeff (Tami) Kinkade of Kankakee; three step-daughters, Paula (Mike) Hart of Danville, Debi (John) Schultz of Kankakee, and Patti (Greg) Pietraszewski of Bourbonnais; one brother and sister-in-law, Gary & Karen Denoyer of Bourbonnais; twenty seven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Guy Beaupre; one daughter, Kelly Sue Beaupre; one sister, Joanne Sprimont; and one brother, Jerry Denoyer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family wishes.
