Leadership Teams |
|
Core Team:
Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates youth ministry
events and projects. Requirements: Must be at least 21
years of age, enjoy teenagers, be a practicing Catholic and
be willing to share your faith journey with young
people. Long term commitment of one year or more. All adult
leaders must get a background check, and attend a protecting
God’s children workshop. |

Support Team:
Provide
assistance, and help the overall ministry function. Ideal
for those who like to work from home, and don’t have time
for meetings. Short term commitment for the length of the
project, or event. |

Teen Leaders:
Assist with planning events, leading games,
faith sharing, small group discussion, and promoting Youth
Ministry. Teen leaders are Freshmen through Seniors in High
school who can commit to serving their peers on a regular
bases.

Coordinator: Matt Toohill facilitates
planning; administer programs; develops leadership
system advocates and links
youth with community. |

Conference on Catholic Youth Ministry |
|
The NCCYM is the largest
adult conference for Catholic Youth Ministers in the country.
The idea is to help form and
transform adults ministering to youth in the Catholic Church.
This event is slated Dec.
9-12, 2010, in New Orleans.
